This page explains how to permanently delete your UltraQuest account and all associated data.

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app

  1. Open the UltraQuest app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm again in the dialog.

Your account and data are removed immediately and permanently.

Option 2 — By email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from your account's email address at devs@ultraquest.app with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

Data we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, transaction and purchase records). This data is kept only as long as required by law and is then deleted. It is not used for any other purpose.
